While ensuring the continuous improvement and effective operation of the ISO9001: 2008 Quality Management System, SYNTHESIS has invested unremitting efforts on the construction of nationwide customer service network and has established branches in Beijing and Shenzhen and representative offices in 14 central cities. In other regions where SYNTHESIS products have a presence, we have established customer service centers jointly with our contracted agents. We can offer technical support and after-sales service for SYNTHESIS products to our customers in a standardized manner in strict accordance with the requirements in the Guidelines on the Operation and Service of Customer Service Center and can provide timely response to user’s technical and service requirements.

We have set up 400 free service hotline offering customers with 24x7 service.Our customer can make a service request by calling our service hotline.The headquarters customer service and local customer service form a two-level service system,providing comprehensive,professional, quality and convenient technical service to ourcustomers.
